Cycle Mews is a brand of The Bike Storage Company Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09189322), at 1st Floor, Isabella House, 12 Union Court, Richmond, TW9 1AA.
The Bike Storage Company Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through cyclemews.co.uk. That means we decide how and why it is used, and we are responsible for looking after it.

2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry, survey your space and, if you go ahead, build and install your unit.

3. How we use it and why we’re allowed to

Before we send any newsletters to your email address, we’ll ask for your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share it with
We share your information only where needed for the purposes above, and only with people or organisations bound to keep it confidential.

If The Bike Storage Company Ltd or the Cycle Mews business is ever sold or restructured, your information may pass to the new owner under the same protections.
5. How long we keep it

If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
6. Cookies and third-party services
The site uses only what it needs to work. There’s no advertising, no tracking pixels and no analytics. The site’s typefaces are served from our own web host, so no third-party font service receives your details.

The quote list and login cookies are “strictly necessary” to provide the site you asked for, so we don’t need your consent for them. If we add analytics in future, we’ll ask for your consent first and update this section.
You can block or delete cookies and stored data in your browser settings. The quote list won’t work if you do.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access: get a copy of the information we hold about you
- Rectification: have inaccurate information corrected
- Erasure: ask us to delete your information where we no longer need it
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we use it while a concern is looked into
- Objection: object to uses based on our legitimate interests, including follow-ups on a quote
- Portability: receive information you gave us in a common electronic format
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. There’s no charge. We’ll reply within one month, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Complaints: if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
8. Security, transfers and changes
Security: the site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Enquiry records are stored on our host’s UK servers, and only our staff can reach them, through password-protected accounts. The form has spam protection. Payments are handled by Stripe, not by this website.
International transfers: we store your information in the UK. Some of our suppliers, such as Microsoft and Stripe, may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on UK adequacy regulations or the ICO’s approved contract terms to keep it protected to the same standard.
Changes: we’ll update this policy if what we collect or how we use it changes. The date below shows when it was last revised.
