Most of the range is made to suit your space, rather than picked off a shelf, so the figures here are real starting prices confirmed at survey — we do not quote blind, and we do not take money before you have seen & approved drawings.

Narrow bike storage for the side return: a long, shallow run that stands against any wall — side return, rear garden or courtyard. Standard depths, cut to your length.

E-bike charging, EV charging, light and eyes on it
Configurable across the range. Electrical work is carried out by our registered contractors and certified in your name.
EV charging point
A 7kW home chargepoint built into the unit, with the cable managed inside the structure so nothing trails across the pavement.
Cargo depth
Takes the unit to 1.15m deep and 1.55m tall with reinforced floor mounts, so a Long John or an e-cargo bike wheels straight in. E-bike charging is included.
E-bike charging
A weatherproof 13A socket inside the unit, RCD protected, on its own spur. Charge the bike where it stands instead of carrying a battery through the house.
CCTV
One weatherproof camera on the roof line looking down the run. 1080p, night vision, motion alerts to your phone.
Integrated lighting
One LED strip under the roof tray, wired to a PIR sensor at the door. Comes on when you open up and goes off a couple of minutes after you leave.

Most front garden structures need consent, and anything replacing a front wall almost always does. The £1,200 covers the council’s own £548 statutory fee, the drawings, the submission and the eight-to-ten weeks of dealing with the case officer. It also reserves your slot in the production schedule, so waiting for a decision does not cost you a place in the queue. If we think your job falls under permitted development, we will tell you and you will not need it at all.
